Gelder, Gingras & Associates is a Management Consulting firm headquartered in Ottawa, Canada and operating out of the National Capital Region, as well as Toronto. Shifting to meet with the evolving world of online work, we operate virtually and are ready to work with clients across Canada and internationally online or in person, as the situation permits. We have established a solid reputation and a proven track record of helping clients to overcome business, management and organizational challenges. We work closely with you during any or all phases of the intervention lifecycle. We strongly believe in providing actionable advice and practical recommendations while offering continuous support with our proven change management processes. We work closely and collaboratively with you to identify your needs and objectives, collecting and analyzing critical information to ensure successful outcomes. GGA was founded in 1995 by John Gelder and Bernard Gingras, who began the company with a clear vision of professional excellence, objectivity, innovation and collaboration through management consulting services. In 2014, the founding partners were joined by two new partners. Together, they took GGA to the next level, building out a full suite of management consulting services and branching out to conduct projects with federal, provincial and municipal clients; international organizations and strategic partners; academia; and private sector connections.
The years 2020-2021 asked the world to take on some unprecedented shifts and turns. In response, GGA pivoted by adjusting to the new realities while also undergoing several organizational changes. We went virtual, hired new consultants, expanded our network of partners and subcontractors, and made some changes at the leadership level. This taught us, more than ever, about flexibility and adaptability. We look forward to all of the challenges and opportunities ahead!
