Enterprise Architecture

Enterprise architecture is a practice which looks at the areas of common activity within or between organisations, especially where information and other resources are exchanged, in order to guide future states from a viewpoint that integrates strategy, business, and technology.

At GGA, we understand that the ultimate goal of enterprise architecture is to achieve greater alignment, coherence and integration between IT and business concerns, which includes strengthening the links between strategy formulation and execution, in order to help the enterprise become more resilient and sustainable. Working to the highest industry standards, our Enterprise Architects are trained in the tools and approaches needed to effectively model the enterprise. These tools and approaches include logical business functions or capabilities; business processes; human factors; physical organization structure; data flows and data stores; business applications and IT platforms; and hardware and communications infrastructure.
