As a founding principal of Gelder, Gingras & Associates, John specializes in strategic business planning and research, client and stakeholder engagement, policy and program evaluation, performance measurement and improvement and organizational change. Throughout his career, John has consulted extensively with federal departments and agencies, industry associations, and private sector businesses.
John holds a B.A. (Honours) in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Ottawa. He is also a Certified Management Consultant, Fellow (F-CMC) and a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF).

A founding principal of Gelder, Gingras & Associates, Bernard possesses specialized expertise in service excellence, service standards, service quality management, project management, and performance measurement and improvement. An experienced and effective workshop facilitator, Bernard is also a professional trainer and university lecturer.
Bernard holds a B.A. (Spanish) and a MBA from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Master of Project Management (M.Sc.) from the Université du Québec. A strong adherent of professional standards, Bernard has held several designations throughout his career including the Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) designation.

Xenos is an experienced consultant with over 22 years of experience working with his clients to address complex challenges related to business and IT transformation. During his career , he has worked on several Large scale modernization portfolios at the provincial, federal and international levels.
With his extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business intelligence, business transformation, IT governance and strategic planning, Xenos knows how to rapidly identify and assess organizational problems and come up with and appropriate personalized response to his client’s needs.
Xenos holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Laval University and a Specialized Graduate Diploma (D.E.S.S.) in Management from HEC Montréal. He has developed and delivered several courses on enterprise architecture, business strategy, and transformation at Laval University. Xenos is TOGAF certified and is an active member of the Association of Enterprise Architects (AEA) and the Open Group.

Olivier Choinière has 15 years of management consulting experience acquired within public and private organisations, in Canada and abroad. Olivier holds a PhD in Public Management from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from École nationale d’administration publique (ÉNAP).
Olivier has successfully performed in many high-level strategic projects with numerous federal and provincial departments and agencies in Canada. He also has first-hand experience in the federal government as an executive through the program Interchange Canada. He has also worked on several international projects, notably in Romania, Benin, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Niger.

Eva has worked for federal, provincial, and international clients conducting evaluation, facilitation, organisational development, change management, performance measurement, and research projects. She is passionate about socially important work and rigorous research.
Eva holds an Honours B.S.Soc. with a double major in Public Administration and Criminology and an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa. She is a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) with the Canadian Evaluation Society and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Eva is perfectly bilingual (English and French) and also speaks Romanian, Spanish, and some German.

With more than 15 years of experience, Talel has worked in both public and private organizations as well as in various other sectors, including in banking, insurance, services, health, and automotive. His career has given him a highly strategic vision of organizational transformation, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, technological implementations and business process optimization exercises, as well as the strong ability to quickly familiarize himself with new business contexts.
Talel holds a Masters degree in Banking and Financial Markets and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an option in Finance.

Pierre Martineau has extensive experience as a former manager and professional in Canadian public service, and as an international consultant in public management. Pierre possesses special expertise in program evaluation and results-based management and has taught related subjects at the university level.
Pierre has an MBA from the University of Ottawa, a Certificate in internal business strategies from ESC Reims in France, and a Masters in Project Management from the Université du Québec. A former professional accountant (CGA-CPA) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Pierre has a keen interest in public service and public finance management modernisation initiatives in developing countries.

Bernard Fiset has exceptional experience in project management, enterprise architecture, and organisational transformation gained in leadership roles as a consultant and manager of complex projects.
Bernard is a graduate in engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and holds a post-graduate degree in project management from the Université de Montréal. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
He is a specialist in enterprise transformation and process optimisation and is recognized for his expertise in channelling a group’s resources towards an ultimate objective.
Inass Doukha is a management consultant with Gelder, Gingras and Associates. She offers management consulting services for public, private and non-profit organizations in both French and English. Inass has experience in a range of areas including project management, enterprise architecture, strategic management and business transformation. Prior to joining the GGA team, she also worked for several organizations in Europe, Africa and North America which allows her to contribute to international projects while meeting clients’ expectations.
Inass holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Telfer School of Management and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa.
