Organizational Development

Organizational Development (OD) is the ongoing and systematic process of implementing organizational change. OD is both a field of science (focusing on understanding and managing organisational change) and a field of scientific study and inquiry. The main goal of OD is not to train or develop the staff, but rather to develop the organisation. At GGA, our OD consultants act as change agents to help improve organizational performance using a variety of tools and techniques to:

  • Increase trust among employees;
  • Evaluate employees’ level of satisfaction and engagement;
  • Tackle problems instead of neglecting them;
  • Manage conflict;
  • Increase cooperation and collaboration;
  • Improve organizational problem solving; and
  • Design and implement structures and processes to help improve organizational performance and decision making on a continual basis.
