Team members

Eva has worked for federal, provincial, and international clients conducting evaluation, facilitation, organisational development, change management, performance measurement, and research projects. She is passionate about socially important work and rigorous research.

Eva holds an Honours B.S.Soc. with a double major in Public Administration and Criminology and an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa. She is a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) with the Canadian Evaluation Society and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Eva is perfectly bilingual (English and French) and also speaks Romanian, Spanish, and some German.

Eugénie is passionate about helping organizations design, plan, and manage the implementation of innovative, socially responsible and sustainable strategies, programs, and initiatives. She specializes in strategic planning, project management & program evaluation, and is currently pursuing her CMC and PMP designations.

Eugénie holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Université Laval and an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Development (B.Soc.Sc.) with a minor in Management from the University of Ottawa.

Inès is a student at the University of Ottawa, currently enrolled in the public administration and political science COOP program. She is bilingual (French and English), speaks Arabic and some German.

During her first COOP internship at the University of Ottawa’s Centre on Governance, Inès had the opportunity to work on several research projects and worked closely with specialists in the field of change management, governance, results-based management and risk management.
