Geneviève Macaulay , B.A., B.Comm., M.Sc. (HRLR) is a qualified and fluently bilingual Human Resources professional with over 10 years of practical experience in both the Public and the Private sectors. Geneviève has extensive experience developing and implementing effective initiatives in compensation, training, recruiting, selection, performance management, employee relations and coaching and mentoring. While at Nortel Networks, she received numerous awards both for her strategic and operational work, including the PRISM Award for her NSM Recruiting and Hiring strategy. She holds a Masters in Human Resources and Labour Relations as well as a Business degree. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPAO).
